The Managers First Aid Forum is a group for all managers who want to make an impact and develop their leadership skills. This is a supportive place, where you can ask questions related to leadership, work relationships, or HR and other members including myself are here to help you.

Ask questions, answer questions, give opinions and insights! We’re all here to support each other and be real.
